About the Christian Family History Website
The Christian Family History website is a project with the goal to trace the Christian family line as far back as possible and to share that information on the web. This project started with information my family started gathering in the 1960s. My grandfather gave me a typed document of the family findings that traced our first ancestor that immegrated to Virginia in 1726, Gilbert Christian. From there I used information from various websites to confirm what my family had found in the pre-internet era. As I searched through information on the internet I was able to trace our family back to the Christians of the Isle of Man. This website is as factually accurate as possible, though not all information can be confirmed. For some of my sources check the links page. For the family tree check the Lineage Page.
